• Upon registration, a user code will be generated that can be shared with others.
• After registration, users may provide personal preferences to customize their experience.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to engage in any activity that disrupts the functioning of the App.

Product Information and Purchases

• The App allows users to browse and purchase products.
• Purchases are subject to payment via supported payment methods such as Apple Pay, Tamara, Tabby, and credit cards.
• The App serves as a platform for facilitating purchases but does not guarantee product availability or quality.

Wishlist and Friends Features

• Users can create wishlists and share them with friends.
• Users may also gift products from their wishlist to friends or others using the gifting feature.
• The App provides options to customize who can view your wishlist and control privacy settings for gifting.

User Content and Conduct

• You may be allowed to upload or share content (comments, wishlist, etc.). You must not post offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• The App reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

The App and its services are provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. The App is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any issues with products purchased via the platform.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.
